Transfer of All Membership Interest in Eurus Energy Seto LLC

Eurus Energy Holdings Corporation (“Eurus Energy”) has completed transfer of all ownership interest in its former subsidiary Eurus Energy Seto LLC, a special purpose company that owns and operates the “Eurus Seto Wind Farm”, to Yonden Engineering Co., Inc. (“Yonden Engineering”).

The new owner, Yonden Engineering, is in charge of construction, maintenance, and inspection of the power generation and substation facilities of the Shikoku Electric Power Group, including wind power facilities in Shikoku and throughout Japan. Eurus Energy and Yonden Engineering have also jointly established a wind power generation company, with which they are collaborating to promote and expand renewable energy.

As Yonden Engineering has been seeking further participation and investment in renewable energy related businesses and has established a maintenance office specializing in wind power in the town of Ikata, the parties agreed on the transfer with the belief that it will further strengthen cooperation with the local government and community and contribute to further regional contributions.
