Eurus Energy Holds Opening Ceremony for the Eurus Shiratori Battery Park

Eurus Energy held an opening ceremony for the Eurus Shiratori Battery Park on March 7, marking the completion of Eurus Energy group’s first grid storage battery station※1 , which started operation on January 17, 2024. Local government officials and construction partners attended the ceremony to pray for the safe operation of the battery park.
The grid storage batteries installed in this project consist of lithium-ion batteries with an output of 1.5 MW and a storage capacity of 4.58 MWh, and it is connected to the power grid of Kyushu Electric Power Transmission and Distribution Co., Inc. Through Eurus Green Energy Corporation, the grid storage batteries will be used for power adjustment and will help to stabilize the supply of electricity through power market※2 transactions.
