Beginning construction of the demolition of Eurus Kamaishi Wind Farm
In April , Eurus Energy Group began the removal of the existing wind power generation equipment from Eurus Kamaishi Wind Farm（Start date of operation：2004/12、Total output：42.9 MW）,which had operated in Kamaishi City, Tono City and Otsuchi Town, Iwate Prefecture.
This wind farm terminated operation on March 2023, having reached its 20 year planned commercial operation life. In order to continue effectively utilizing the abundant wind resources in the area, and to contribute to the revitalization of the community, Eurus plans to reconstruct the wind farms after the demolition of the plant, fully upgrading the facilities.
Eurus will proceed to carry out the demolition project with safety as our top priority, while working to gain the understanding and cooperation of local residents and other related parties.
