Eurus Energy Holds Opening Ceremony for Eurus Nishime Wind Farm
Eurus Energy Holdings Corporation ("Eurus Energy") held an opening ceremony for the Eurus Nishime Wind Farm on April 23, which were constructed by Eurus Energy Nishime LLC, a group company of Eurus Energy, and started operation on March 1, 2026. Local government officials, community members and construction partners attended the ceremony to pray for the safe operation of the wind farm.
The Eurus Nishime Wind Farm, which started commercial operation in November 2004 and has been in operation for nearly 20 years, terminated operation in March 2023, and complete reconstruction work has been carried out since then.
In the replacement project, 15 wind turbines manufactured by Vestas Wind Systems A/S (single output capacity: 2.0 MW) were replaced with seven wind turbines manufactured by Siemens Energy K.K. (single output capacity: 4.3 MW).
