Eurus Energy Holds Opening Ceremony for Eurus Sandaimyojin Wind Farm

Eurus Energy held an opening ceremony for the Eurus Sandaimyojin Wind Farm on November 27, which was constructed in Iwaki City, Fukushima Prefecture by Eurus Sandai Myojin Wind Farm LLC, a group company of Eurus Energy Holdings, and started operation on August 29, 2024. Local government officials, community members and construction partners attended the ceremony to celebrate the successful construction and wish for the continued safe operation of the wind farm.

The Eurus Sandaimyojin Wind Farm is Eurus Energy Group’s third wind farm in Fukushima Prefecture and consists of nine Vestas wind turbines installed along a ridge line of 600 to 800 meters mountains, including Mt. Sandaimyojin. Each wind turbine has a single unit output of 4.2 MW, which is one of the highest capacity onshore models in Japan. All electricity generated will be sold to Tohoku Electric Power Network Co., Inc.
