The Eurus Energy Group operates under the corporate philosophy of “Helping to preserve the global environment by disseminating and expanding clean energy technologies.” Accordingly, we launched our wind power generation business in 1987 and worked to introduce renewable energy as quickly as possible.

Now, around 40 years on, the renewable energy environment is facing a period of major change. With global warming becoming an increasingly serious issue, we are seeing an accelerating trend toward carbon neutrality, with expectations for renewable energy to become a main source of power.

Going forward, renewable energy will become much more familiar, and accessible anywhere and anytime. To help realize such a future, we integrated our management with Terras Energy, a fellow Toyota Tsusho Group company, in April 2025. This integration will allow us to move on from a single focus on power generation, to expand into the new business areas of supply and demand adjustment based on battery energy storages and energy management services, power supply, and even power demand creation. We will also further accelerate efforts to tackle other new businesses as well. With this change, Eurus Energy will emerge as an all-around renewable energy company with its own renewable energy value chain. At the same time, we aim to become a decarbonization solutions provider with a wide range of solutions for our customers’ environmental challenges.

The support of local communities and symbiosis with nature are both essential for a renewable energy business. To help create a sustainable society, we will actively promote local production of renewable energy for local consumption, offer solutions to local issues, reduce impacts on the natural environment, and conserve biodiversity. And throughout these and other efforts, we will always value communication with local communities.

Going forward, we will continue to take on new challenges as we work to create the renewable energy future that only we can.
