We are committed to conducting our business ethically, transparently, and in full compliance with Appricable laws and regulations, as well as the policies of the Eurus Energy Group and Toyota Tsusho Corporation.
Our Code of Conduct sets out the principles and expectations that define how we work — with our colleagues, partners, suppliers, and the communities in which we operate.
It reflects our belief that ethical behavior and good governance are essential to achieving sustainable growth and maintaining the trust of all our stakeholders.
The Eurus Energy Europe Code of Conduct
The Eurus Energy Europe Code of Conduct provides practical guidance on key areas such as:
- Fair and respectful treatment of others
- Compliance with applicable laws and regulations
- Health, safety, and environmental protection
- Conflicts of interest, gifts, and hospitality
- Anti-bribery and anti-corruption
- Data protection and confidentiality
- Accurate financial reporting and record keeping
Every employee, officer, and director of Eurus Energy Europe and its subsidiaries is expected to know, understand, and comply with the Code and with the policies that support it.
We also expect our contractors, suppliers, and business partners to act consistently with these standards.
Anti-Bribery & Anti-Corruption (ABC) Policy
As part of our commitment to ethical business conduct, Eurus Energy Europe has adopted a dedicated Anti-Bribery & Anti-Corruption (ABC) Policy.
The ABC Policy sets out detailed rules and guidance to prevent bribery and corruption in all forms and applies to all employees, directors, and relevant third parties. In particular, it covers:
- Prohibition of bribery and corruption in both public and private sectors
- Rules on gifts, hospitality, and business courtesies
- Political and charitable contributions
- Dealings with public officials and during tender processes
- Record-keeping, approvals, and financial transparency
- Obligations to report suspected violations
Any suspected breach of the ABC Policy must be reported through the Eurus Energy Europe Whistleblowing Channel.

Speaking Up – The Eurus Energy Europe Whistleblowing Platform
Eurus Energy Europe promotes a culture where everyone feels empowered to speak up about potential misconduct or violations of our Code, internal policies, or applicable law.
If you observe or suspect unethical behavior, you have several safe and confidential options to report it to Eurus Energy Europe Whistleblowing Portal - a secure online platform managed by an independent third party:
- Available 24/7, in multiple languages
- Reports can be made anonymously or with your name
- All reports are handled confidentially and investigated impartially
